VoIP Telephony

I'm interested in integrating cell phones with location information into my Asterisk PBX server. I would like calls to and from the server from specific cell phones to include location information (GPS coordinates).

I'm a Java developer, but I don't know where to start. I see that J2ME has Location Based Services.

Which phones include a GPS receiver and use J2ME?
